About the Program

Our 12-month Trainee Program combines structured training, hands-on project experience, mentorship, and professional certifications. From day one, you will be part of a structured program where you will continuously build the skills needed to become a skilled consultant.

In your role you will be working with:

• Design and implement integration solutions using Infor tools and technologies
• Create user experiences that improve efficiency and engagement
• Build and optimize workflows and automated business processes
• Apply AI in practical solutions to deliver customer value
• Support digital automation across the enterprise

Who We Are Looking For

You might be a recent graduate or early in your career, but you are:

• Motivated to learn and eager to grow into a customer-facing consultant role
• Interested in technology, problem-solving, and process improvement
• Comfortable working in teams and building relationships with clients
• Analytical, communicative, and curious about how digital solutions create business value
