About the Role

AsTerritory Manager for Västra Götaland and the satellite district of Västerbotten,you will be responsible forgrowing Ambu's Endoscopy business across all product lines. Your mission is to strengthen Ambu's presence in the region by supporting existing customers, increasing market share, and driving adoption of our innovative single-use endoscopy solutions.

You will work closely with hospitals and clinics, engaging with clinicians such as gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, urologists, endoscopy nurses, procurement teams, and infection control specialists. This is a field-based role, with most of your time spent visiting customers, providing clinical support, and ensuring successful product implementation directly in the clinical setting.

Your Responsibilities
  • Maintain and develop existing accounts, ensuring strong relationships and high service standards.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across all endoscopy segments.
  • Present compelling clinical, economic, and workflow benefits to key stakeholders, including clinicians and procurement teams.
  • Support product trials, demonstrations, and training to drive adoption.
  • Manage your pipeline effectively and keep accurate CRM records, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager.
  • Gather and share market insights to inform strategy and product positioning.


What We're Looking For

You're likely to succeed if you:
  • Have proven experience in medical device sales, ideally within endoscopy or related specialties.
  • Demonstrate strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • Are proactive, self-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Communicate confidently with clinicians, nurses, and administrative staff.
  • Can clearly articulate clinical and economic value in a healthcare setting.
  • Hold a valid driving license and are flexible to travel for customer visits, meetings, and conferences.
