Assignment Overview

Our client within the banking and financial sector is seeking two experienced Technical Testers

What You Will Work On

Analyze and review requirement specifications

Develop and maintain automated test cases (API and E2E testing)

Prepare and manage test data

Execute functional, non-functional, integration, and migration testing

Support test planning and, when required, contribute to test leadership activities

Collaborate closely with agile development teams and external stakeholders

Structure, document, and track test cases in Jira, Confluence, and relevant test tools

Continuously report status and findings to the Test Lead or Team Lead

Verify newly developed functionality within a microservices-based architecture

Ensure high quality, stability, and compliance in financial transaction flows

What You Bring

Documented experience as a Technical Tester in complex system environments

Strong experience in test automation, preferably using Java and/or Python-based frameworks

Hands-on experience with API and E2E testing in microservices architecture

Solid understanding of test methodologies, integration testing, and programming

Experience working with financial systems, payment solutions, or cash management platforms

Experience working in Jira, Confluence, and structured test management tools

Very strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken)

Ability to work in regulated, business-critical environments

Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented mindset

Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with both internal teams and external partners
