About the Assignment

You will lead and coordinate the technical delivery of a complex program to implement and integrate a planning solution within a large, diverse IT landscape. The role sits close to the program PMO and works in tight collaboration with people and process stakeholders to ensure the technical delivery supports business adoption, process design, and overall program success.

You will operate in a multi-system environment with internal teams, external software vendors, and multiple stakeholders-requiring strong leadership, technical judgment, and the ability to manage dependencies and risks across workstreams.

Job DescriptionLead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple workstreams, including architecture, integration, deployment, surrounding solutions, data, security, and analytics

Act as a primary technical interface towards an external software vendor to ensure alignment and smooth integration with internal IT systems

Coordinate stakeholders, dependencies, and legacy systems in a complex in-house IT landscape

Ensure solutions meet program objectives and comply with enterprise architecture, data governance, quality, and security requirements

Identify, manage, and mitigate technical risks and interdependencies across systems, teams, and stakeholders

Drive technical planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking to support timely delivery

Facilitate collaboration between technical teams, business streams, and the PMO to enable transparent decision-making

Provide guidance on technical trade-offs, scalability, and long-term maintainability

RequirementsProven experience leading and coordinating technical delivery across multiple parallel workstreams

Strong capability to manage stakeholders and dependencies in a complex, multi-system IT environment

Experience working with external software vendors and integrating vendor solutions into internal IT landscapes

Hands-on understanding of architecture, integration, deployment, data, security, and analytics in enterprise environments

Experience in technical risk management, planning, and milestone follow-up

Nice to havePrevious experience implementing supply chain platforms for demand and supply planning, including allocation and replenishment
