Assignment Description

We are looking for a Technical Product Owner

What you will work on

Own and manage the development backlog for existing and future content management solutions

Translate business, regulatory, and compliance needs into clear, secure, and testable requirements

Drive decisions related to CMS architecture and content solutions

Define, prioritize, and refine epics, features, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria

Support capabilities for content creation, translation, quality assurance, and delivery

Collaborate with architecture and engineering teams on content models, workflows, permissions, metadata, taxonomy, localization, and integrations

Define and align API and data contracts to ensure interoperability, scalability, and resilience

Support agile ceremonies, testing activities, and user acceptance testing

Produce audit-ready documentation and ensure delivery readiness

Work closely with product, engineering, quality, and test stakeholders across teams

What you bring

Strong background in systems or software development

At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis within complex, integration-heavy environments

Proven experience managing and refining product backlogs together with engineering teams

Ability to write clear, testable requirements and acceptance criteria

Solid understanding of Agile and DevOps ways of working

Excellent communication skills and confidence in handling ambiguity

Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration abilities

A mindset characterized by systems thinking, pragmatism, ownership, attention to detail, and collaboration
