Assignment Overview

We are looking for an IT Business and System Analyst

What you will work on

Leading As-Is and To-Be business process mapping initiatives

Facilitating workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Driving end-to-end requirement gathering and documentation

Authoring functional specifications and business requirement documentation

Ensuring traceability from business requirements through implementation

Supporting testing, validation, and production issue analysis

Designing end-to-end solutions aligned with business needs and technical standards

Assessing impact on existing systems across on-prem and cloud environments

Collaborating with architects, developers, and external vendors

Performing hands-on SQL development and troubleshooting

Optimizing stored procedures and database queries

Developing reports based on business requirements

Performing C#/.NET application updates when needed

Contributing to Angular-based frontend components

Working within modern development environments using Git and CI/CD practices

What you bring

Strong experience in business process management and analysis

Experience leading As-Is and To-Be process mapping initiatives

Experience conducting stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering

Strong experience writing BRDs and functional specifications

Ability to ensure requirement traceability and validation

Experience contributing to solution architecture and system design

Strong hands-on experience with SQL Server (queries, joins, stored procedures)

Experience working with C# and .NET development

Working knowledge of Angular

Experience working with Git and Jira

Experience working in Agile development environments

Understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and system integrations

Understanding of ISEC regulations and security requirements

Strong English communication skills
