We are looking fora driven and ambitious TechStrategy Consultantto join our Swedish team in Stockholm. As a TechStrategy Consultant, you will be a part of a vibrant work environment where you will be responsible of solving complex problems, while constantly aspiring to develop your professional and interpersonal skills.
In this role you will lead or be a part of delivering project workstreams and provide strategic recommendations to our clients, manage project timelines and resources effectively as well as develop and deliver high-quality presentations.

Qualification

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for curious people willing to question the current ways of working by utilizing new technologies, agile ways of working and new business models to bring new ideas and innovations to life. This role will be targeted towards the financial services industry, hence we are looking for candidates with experience from FS (Banking and Insurance services). With us you will have the opportunity to work with large scale business transformations enabled by digital and be a key advisor for c-suites in leading Nordic companies.

• 3-5 years of experience from management consulting and/or working with digital transformations, IT strategy, operating models, data and AI, value realization, tech transformation etc.

• Experience of working project based, in project leading roles or similar, is beneficial

• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities

• Put ideas and findings into the right context for the right audience, both written and verbally in English and preferably in Swedish

• An analytical and structural mindset, who can achieve impressive results and thrive in settings where you define, structure, and solve clients' pain points

• In addition to delivering projects, we are looking for experience in team-leading and driving internal activities (e.g. recruiting, social, training, etc.).

• Master's degree in a relevant field with excellent academic results

• Flexibility in terms of travel and work across the Nordics is expected
