Influence Tech is expanding, and we're looking for a Tech Management Consultant with experience in driving technology transformation projects, ERP and other core business system implementations, and cloud optimization to join our growing team.

Your role:

• Lead and deliver projects and programs within IT and digital transformation, especially in the areas of core business systems (e.g. ERP), IT strategy, or automation & AI agents.
• Work in the space between business and IT, helping clients define needs and turn them into actionable tech initiatives.
• Act as a trusted advisor in technology assessments, system implementations, and strategic IT planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and help clients align tech solutions with business goals.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to business development and sales.

Who we're looking for:

• 6-12 years of experience within technology and management consulting, including hands-on leadership of complex, business-critical IT projects.
• Solid experience in delivering and leading projects in one or more of the following areas:
  • ERP implementation and core system modernization
  • Business analysis and technology/business alignment
  • IT strategy and governance
  • Automation technologies, incuding AI agents
  • Cloud optimization
• Proven ability to take on roles such as Program/Project Manager, Technology Lead, or IT Strategy Consultant.
• A strong understanding of business processes and how to align them with the right tech solutions.
• Confident in building client relationships and contributing to sales opportunities.
• University degree (minimum Master's or similar)
• Fluent in both Swedish and English.
