Join EworkGroup as a Talent Provider in Jönköping or Gothenburg!

Duration:this is a full time, permanent role. Hybrid (minimum 3 office days/week)

About the Role:
In the role of Talent Provider, you will be responsible for finding, assessing,and matching the best candidates to our clients' requests covering primarily the private sector.You will guide Partners and Professionals through the entire process, ensuringan exceptional experience at every stage while maintaining strong relationshipswith both Clients and Professionals. With your business-oriented mindset, youare also confident in conducting negotiations.

Demonstrating transparency and an open mind, you act as a true team player,sharing best practices and ideas with your team and across functions. You areeager to continuously grow, take initiative when needed, and contribute to thecommon goal.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying, evaluating, and matching candidates to client needs, andproactively presenting them to stakeholders when feasible
- Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their recruitmentneeds
- Expand Ework's network of partners and professionals based on market demands
- Signingagreements with Partners and Suppliers andsecuring profitable, high-quality deals in alignment with operational levelagreements.
- Stay updated on market trends, relevant skills, and emerging technologies
- Communicate Ework's service offerings and their value proposition effectively
- Ensuring accuracy and integrity of data in applicable systems.

Who You Are
You are a team player with a talent for building strong relationships,internally but also externally with partners, consultants and clients. You havea passion for sales and finding the right match to the client needs. You bringcuriosity, positivity, and adaptability to everything you do.

We're looking for someone with:
- Relevant experience within sourcing / search / head hunting etc.
- Experience in working with ATS systems
- Experience within system development, engineering or similar types of ITrecruitment/sourcing is nice to have
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English (written and spoken).
- Education in Human Resources, System development, Business Management orsimilar is nice to have.
