About this opportunity

At Ericsson we're looking for an enthusiastic Talent Marketing Activation Specialist to cover maternity leave for 12-14 months. Based in an EMEA time zone and working three days per week in one of our local offices, you will support the EMEA TA organisation and act as the regional bridge to the Global Talent Marketing CoE. This hands-on role focuses on localising and activating employer brand campaigns, supporting TA delivery needs, and improving candidate engagement across digital channels, events and talent pools. Strong guidance and templates will be provided by the CoE and local leaders.

What you will be doing

  • Localise and activate global talent marketing campaigns across social, digital, events and job boards for EMEA.
  • Create concise, compelling copy and social content; manage postings and basic content scheduling.
  • Support regional TA Delivery stakeholders with campaign execution, presentations, team communications and all-hands events.
  • Manage practical employer brand activities (job board administration, landing pages, event tooling such as Splash).
  • Monitor campaign performance, report key metrics and share regional insights with the CoE.
  • Contribute to CoE projects as required (e.g., careers site tasks, candidate experience mapping).
  • Work closely with the EMEA TA Delivery team to prioritise initiatives and drive execution.

The skills you bring

  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; confident briefing and influencing regional partners.
  • Proven track record in Employer Branding and Recruitment/Talent Marketing
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing requests.
  • Good copywriting ability and a social-first mindset (short-form content).
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Canva, LinkedIn Ads, Optimise Ad, analytics, Splash, Eightfold or similar); comfortable with MS Office.
  • Passionate about marketing and employer branding, with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships; we welcome candidates looking to grow and develop in this area.
  • Fluent in English; other EMEA languages are a plus.
