Join Ericsson as a Talent Communication Specialist
We are looking for a Talent communication specialist to join our new Talent Attraction unit who ensure Swedish competence provisioning by recruiting and attracting candidates for the future.

What you will do:
Talent pools : Manage and nurture our talent pools
External Communication: Create and develop communication in our external talent channels. Ensure consistency and quality in all our messaging througout the hiring jurney and in line with the overall marketing strategy of Ericsson.
Internal Communication: Ensure Recruitment Team is up to date on talent communication to leverage in recruitment and talent attraction activities
Collaborate: Work closely with Talent Attraction and Recruiters on identifying gaps and addressing talent shortage.
Educate: educate recruiters and hiring managers in tonality and talent communication to they represent Ericsson brand effectively in the market.
Campaigns: Developing, managing, and tracking campaigns, making use of data.
Reporting: Provide regular reports showing ROI on activities and boost talent attraction and brand awareness.
What you will bring:
Experience: Media & communications experience and expertise
Skills: Ability to design, plan and implement content for strategic talents. Well experienced in building visual and written communication assets. Strong Communication Skills – Highly skilled in verbal and written communication and able to to convey messages clearly and persuasively. Knowledge around reporting and how to present data showing ROI & impact of branding channels to stakeholders. Knowledge of Google analytics and Linkedin insights
Organizational skills - manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
Education: A bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.
Personal Attributes: Creativity - Solid ability to develop innovative content that captures attention and resonates with the target audience. Attention to Detail - Meticulousness in ensuring that all content is accurate, polished, and aligns with brand standards - eye for details. Thrives in a fast-paced environment. H ighly skilled in Swedish language.
