We're now looking for aService Owner for Server and IaaS Servicesto take technical ownership of our virtualization, server, and cloud infrastructure services across on premises and hybrid environments.

In this role you will have a central role in the development of Atea's service portfolio within the business area. You will get the opportunity to work closely with the service governance team, delivery organization, customer onboarding department and the development & governance organization. You will be responsible for the ongoing enhancement of existing services and play an essential role in the development of new services.

You will be part of an energetic and competent team with a strong team mindset, where you can continue your own professional development through certifications and vendor/technology specific training or gatherings.

What you'll do

• Own and develop our server, virtualization, and IaaS services end-to-end
• Ensure stable, scalable platforms covering compute, storage, networking, and identity
• Drive hybrid cloud architecture across on-prem, Azure, and AWS, with focus on security, reliability, and cost efficiency
• Ensure strong lifecycle management of server platforms, including patching, monitoring, and upgrades
• Promote automation and standardisation through Infrastructure as Code and DevOps-aligned practices

What you bring

• Solid experience with VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V, including HA, clusters, and capacity management
• Strong knowledge of Azure and AWS IaaS and their integration with on-prem infrastructure
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and enterprise Linux in production environments
• Automation skills using PowerShell, Terraform, and cloud CLIs
• Experience from complex infrastructure initiatives (e.g. migrations or platform upgrades)
• Relevant certifications (VMware, Azure, AWS, Windows Server) are a strong plus
