Assignment Overview

We are looking for System Manager - Group Quality Systems

What You Will Work On

Ensure stable operation, compliance, and continuous improvement of the group's quality systems, including:

Deviation management

Customer Experience (CX)

Quality Management Systems

Capture business needs and drive improvement initiatives.

Ensure systems effectively support operations, with a strong "Simplicity First" mindset.

Collaborate with system vendors and follow up on SLAs.

Work closely with IT and solution architects within an outsourced IT environment.

Support and train superusers, contributing to organizational learning.

Participate in and lead projects bridging business and IT.

Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR and NIS2.

What You Bring

Several years of experience in system management or a similar role.

Experience working in an outsourced IT environment with SaaS solutions.

Documented experience working close to the business at the interface between IT and operations.

Experience in vendor management and SLA follow-up.

Strong understanding of information security and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written).

Academic degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant education combining business and IT.
