Role: System Developer in Business Intelligence (BI)

Responsibilities
Support information classification and determine how data should be protected in existing and future IT systems.
Assist in conducting security protection analyses.
Improve and document procedures and guidelines in the information security domain.
Contribute to the development of the agency's business continuity plans.
Be part of a cross-functional cybersecurity team handling both operational tasks and improvement activities.
Perform traditional IT security duties, including incident handling, threat and risk assessments.
Act proactively, suggesting improvements in the areas of information and IT security.
Operate across different areas including operations, maintenance, and development.
Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in information security within public sector (government, municipality, region) or large company (>100 employees).
Demonstrated experience in information classification in similar organizations.
At least 1 year of experience in security protection work in a public or large private sector organization.
Proven experience in developing, coordinating, conducting, and following up on security exercises.
Skilled in threat and risk assessments.
Must be able to work on-site in Luleå at least one day a week; some tasks require multiple days per week onsite depending on operational needs.
No travel compensation provided.
Meritorious (Preferred) Qualifications
Experience with business continuity planning in a public sector or large organization.
Ability to write formal security documentation (e.g., strategies, policies, user guides).
Experience working with information security based on ISO 27000 standards.
Experience leading and documenting threat and risk analyses.
