We are currently looking for talented colleagues to join our dynamic and growing sales team, where your primary task will be to sell to potential and existing investors within the segment of alternative investment funds.

ABOUT THE POSITION:
The job title is Client Executive and you will interact with investors who want to invest their money but often have difficulty finding out in what and with whom. Moreover, everyone they meet tells them that “they have to choose their products”. We want to guide investors on how to build a professional and optimal portfolio by including more assets than the traditional stocks and bonds. The segment we focus on is typically within Private Banking, HNWI and UHNWI. We work methodically with the entire customer journey and with weekly internal sales training, we ensure that you are equipped to succeed!

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You are responsible for driving the entire customer journey from first contact to closing deals with investors.
  • You are in continuous dialog with primarily new, but also existing investors to generate interest and explore their opportunities. In the long term, you can develop your skills to also contribute with knowledge to advise on complete strategic solutions for investors’ assets.

WHAT DOES A TYPICAL WORKDAY LOOK LIKE?
A typical working day is spent in the office, conducting meetings digitally. You’re constantly engaging with new investors to generate interest in exploring their opportunities. It’s possible to invite investors into the office and hold the meetings here or go to their location and finalize the details.

You sit around your colleagues, who you can spar with at any time as they are working on the same tasks as you. We train individually and on a team basis and we have a strong focus on our craftsmanship and quality. Your manager’s ambition is for you to become one of the best in the industry, so when you leave a meeting, the investor has a clear understanding of how you create value, and you have clarified whether there is a potential for collaboration.

We are supported by our marketing department that provides quality material and qualified leads, but 80% of your results come from your own activity and approaches to potential investors.

You will have a safe and transparent model for investing in alternatives, backed by good business acumen, credibility and customer care. You can give investors access to projects that have been pre-selected and thoroughly analyzed by experienced investment professionals, and investors will have their wealth professionally managed in asset classes such as real estate, renewable energy and infrastructure.

The recruitment process consists of a screening over the phone, then an invitation to take a Sales Competence Assessment (digital test taken from home). After that, we analyze the results and assess how you will fit into the existing team and your sales skills. Finally, there will either be a case study or a day where we invite you in and you can try to be a part of a regular workday.
