Your Role:

As a Content Moderator, you will help ensure a safe and enjoyable online experience by reviewing and moderating user-generated content.

What You'll Do:

Review and moderate videos, images, news, and social media profiles based on platform guidelines.
Assess content for age-appropriateness, violence levels, sexual content, and political transparency.
Enforce platform policies consistently and identify subtle cultural nuances in digital communication.
Escalate critical content through the appropriate channels when necessary.
Support your well-being through wellness programs and access to professional guidance.


What We're Looking For:

• Fluent Swedish (C1) and English (C1) – strong grammar and comprehension skills.
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a BPO environment (preferred but not required).
• Resilience and tolerance for sensitive content, including violent, graphic, or controversial material.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as cultural awareness of political and social issues.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
