What to expect:

• Join an agile DevOps team building backend services.
• You'll design, develop, test, deploy, and operate secure applications while continuously learning and improving.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to define functionality, estimate work for sprint planning, and ensure technical designs align with architecture for scalability and maintainability.
• Work with modern tools, microservice-based architecture, and emerging technologies.
• Contribute ideas, shape processes, and help deliver innovative, high-impact solutions in a collaborative environment.

What you bring along:

• Experience: 5+ years in Java development, Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• Core Tech: Spring/Spring Boot, Docker, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
• Practices: DevOps, automated testing, monitoring, Agile (Scrum/Kanban/Scaled Agile)
• Other: REST/gRPC, security (mTLS, OAuth), CI/CD (GitLab), JUnit, Maven
• Soft Skills: Fluent English, collaboration, accountability, continuous learning, innovation
• Gothenburg location and candidates must hold valid work authorization in Sweden.
