The Hiring Manager for the role isJuuli Jokinen, Team Manager- Service Desk. As a leader, she strives to create a supportive environment where everyone can grow, develop their skills, and feel confident making an impact, all while enjoying a strong team spirit built on trust and collaboration.

Your role & influence as Support Specialist

Responsibility : You will be given responsibility for ensuring excellent customer support by resolving technical issues, managing cases efficiently, and keeping customers satisfied.

Collaboration : Together with your team, you take care of delivering high-quality customer support and maintaining SLA commitments. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with the Delivery, Operations, and Sales departments.

Core activities:

  • Deliver friendly and efficient support to customers via phone and email, solving their IT issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to troubleshoot technical problems and and ensure timely resolution.
  • Take ownership of customer cases, following up proactively to maintain high satisfaction and smooth service.

    We envision you as a curious, structured, communicative and driven individual with an active interest in technology who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering excellent customer service.

    Additionally, it'll be nice if you bring:
    • A Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
    • Experience with supporting customers over phone and email is a plus.
    • Comfort communicating in both Swedish and English, and familiar with basic IT tools and ticketing systems.

        What can you expect next?
