Assignment Overview

We are looking for an Inventory Planning & Control Specialist

What You Will Work On

Analyze inventory levels, inventory positioning, and production and sales forecasts.

Develop and maintain key inputs to the inventory system including network changes, lead times, cost structures, delivery expectations, promotional activities, and new product introductions.

Establish and implement a structured planning methodology covering short-, medium-, and long-term planning horizons.

Drive the stabilization and organizational adoption of the planning methodology.

Develop buffer strategies, sequencing logic, and clear governance for planning decisions.

Plan and control inventory levels of finished goods across warehouses, distribution centers, and production sites.

Ensure inventory availability meets sales and distribution requirements.

Coordinate closely with logistics, production planning, and warehouse teams.

Support routing, scheduling, and storage strategies to improve supply chain performance.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree or higher within Supply Chain Management, Production, Logistics, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.

Extensive experience working within supply chain planning or inventory management in industrial environments.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into planning strategies.

Advanced presentation and stakeholder communication skills.

High proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP and WMS systems.

Experience implementing planning processes or supply chain methodologies.

Coaching mindset with the ability to guide teams and influence organizations.

Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Structured, proactive, and capable of working independently in complex operational environments.
