Tailwag International AB is looking for a structured, proactive, and service-minded Supply Chain Coordinator to join our growing international operations. In this role, you will play a key part in managing and coordinating global trade flows, working with cross-trading, import, and export for customers worldwide.

You will be responsible for the full order lifecycle from initial customer requirements to final delivery ensuring that customer expectations are translated into efficient, accurate, and high-quality processes with our factories and suppliers. The role involves close collaboration with senior management, international customers, and a global supplier network, requiring flexibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

About the Role

This role combines hands-on operational coordination with close stakeholder collaboration. You will be deeply involved in order handling, production follow-up, logistics coordination, and commercial support, while also contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities include:

Order and Production Coordination

Receive and clarify customer requirements and specifications prior to production

Place orders with factories and continuously follow up on production status

Ensure that designs, specifications, and packaging instructions comply with customer guidelines

Monitor timelines and proactively manage deviations and risks

Customer and Supplier Communication

Act as a supporting contact for international customers

Communicate daily with factories and suppliers worldwide to secure accurate and high-quality deliveries

Adjust working hours when needed to collaborate across time zones

Administrative and Commercial Support

Prepare quotations and cost calculations

Support the creation of presentations and materials for customer meetings

Handle transport documentation and follow up on logistics flows

Assist with order-related financial matters such as invoicing and cost reconciliation

Strategic and Development Work

Work closely with the management team on business development initiatives

Contribute to improvements of internal supply chain and logistics processes

Travel

Participate in trade fairs, industry events, customer visits, and factory visits in Sweden and internationally

About You

You are a detail-oriented and solution-driven supply chain professional who enjoys working in an international context. You are comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and processes simultaneously and take pride in delivering high service quality.

We believe you bring:

A bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related field

Experience in supply chain, logistics, purchasing, or production planning

Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, both written and spoken

Experience working in international and cross-functional environments

Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple workflows in parallel

Valuable experience

Experience in cross-trading, import, and export

Customer-facing experience in global environments

Knowledge of transport documentation and international trade terms (e.g. Incoterms)

Additional language skills
