We are currently looking for a Supply Chain Administrator to our exciting customer Procter & Gamble. This is a consultancy opportunity, a 3-month contract starting asap until June 30th, with the possibility for an extension. The office is located in Solna, Stockholm.

The role

As a Suply Chain Administrator you will support the Product Supply Chain team during a period of operational change. This role is data- and execution-oriented, requiring strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate inputs into clear operational outputs. The scope may evolve over time; adaptability and a structured working style are essential.

Core Skills & Competences

Deadline Management

Proven ability to work to fixed daily cut-off times and non-negotiable deadlines

Comfortable operating in a high-tempo environment with frequent priority changes

Able to plan work backwards from deadlines, manage multiple parallel requests, and deliver accurate outputs on time

Calm under time pressure; escalates risks early and communicates impacts clearly

Consistently balances speed and accuracy with appropriate checks

Data & Systems

Great Excel skills

Strong data discipline: validating inputs, spotting inconsistencies, and maintaining clean trackers

Comfort learning new tools quickly (previous SAP exposure is a plus)

Understanding of master data concepts (units of measure, item attributes, packaging hierarchy, dimensions/weights, stackability)

Ability to connect different data sources into structured output

Analytical & Operational Thinking

Ability to apply rules/constraints and make practical decisions from imperfect information

Strong prioritization and time management in a deadline-driven environment

Continuous improvement mindset: simplify templates, reduce manual steps, standardize outputs

Communication & Stakeholder Management

Clear, concise communicator able to summarize status, exceptions, and risks

Comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders

Able to ask the right questions and escalate early

High attention to detail; reliable follow-through

Able to handle repetitive tasks with consistent quality

Flexible and resilient as priorities shift
