Assignment Description:

We are seeking a Demand Planner for our client in Västerås to support production planning for large motors and generators. The role involves detailed manufacturing scheduling, coordination with multiple departments, and ensuring timely and efficient production execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop detailed production schedules to optimize resource use and meet delivery targets

Define operation sequence and lead times in line with the overall master production plan

Monitor production performance and identify root causes for deviations

Implement process improvements to ensure efficient planning and on-time delivery

Collaborate with Production Supervisors and communicate material or capacity issues

Coordinate closely with procurement, project management, and production teams

Required Qualifications:

Proven experience in production or supply chain planning

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to act professionally under pressure

Excellent communication skills

Adaptable to fast-paced and changing environments

Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously

Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Working knowledge of SAP is a plus

Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written)
