Supplier Accountant

We are looking for a Supplier Accountant to join our Finance team in our Stockholm office.
What you will be doing as a Supplier Accountant...
- Manage accounts payable for assigned shopping centres or management companies
- Provide on-site financial support by working regularly from our centres
- Record and reconcile bank transactions accurately
- Process invoices, including manual handling when required
- Support month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting
- Handle payment reminders and follow-ups with suppliers
- Act as a key contact for supplier queries and relationships
- Contribute to process improvements and system development, including SAP S/4 HANA transition
- Participate in regional projects to harmonise accounts payable processes.
What skills, experience, and knowledge will you need to be successful as a Supplier Accountant
- Good knowledge of SAP (S4 / HANA)
- Good skills in Excel
- 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
- Meticulous and detail-oriented with the ability to work towards deadlines
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
- Experience working in a larger, global company is a plus
- Accounting knowledge is a plus but not required
