About this opportunity:

Join our dynamic legal team in Stockholm for a hands-on summer internship focused on commercial and corporate law. This paid role is designed for law students nearing the end of their studies who want practical exposure to how a legal department works within a multinational technology company.

You will be part of the GF Legal Affairs & Compliance team, based in Kista, Stockholm, working in an English-speaking environment with close collaboration across global legal and business teams.

What you will do:



• Manage legal operations activities: Assist in administering powers of attorney and related corporate documentation to help us do business around the world. You'll collaborate with diverse stakeholders and handle multiple matters, often under tight deadlines, using our document and workflow automation tools.

• Legal research and analysis: Conduct targeted legal research projects or tasks within commercial or corporate law, including analysis and practical recommendations, delivered as reports or presentations.

• Support a variety of legal tasks: Handle diverse legal tasks associated with our day-to-day legal work.

• Develop Professional Skills: Gain hands-on experience and develop key skills in legal research, administration, and corporate law practice.

The skills you will bring:

• Law student approaching completion of studies (ideally final or next-to-final year); completion of at least 2-3 years of studies is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication in English; Swedish language skills are a plus.

• Excellent attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and comfortable managing multiple matters simultaneously.

• Team player with a proactive and open mindset.

Meritorious experience:

• Previous experience in contract administration, legal research, or internships at law firms or in-house legal teams.

• Experience or interest in legal technology, including automation coding or AI.

• Interest in commercial/corporate law and governance.
