In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Plan customer orders based on material and capacity to reach customer request date.
- Internal communication with other groups involved in the book-build-ship process.
- Handle the backlog and keep customers updated on the progress of the order
- Handle invoicing of customer orders.
Who You Are:
You are a naturally analytical individual who excels at planning and structuring daily tasks. You thrive in a team environment, communicating effectively with your colleagues. Your problem-solving skills are well-developed, and you are confident in taking initiative independently.
For This Role, You Will Need:
- As we work globally, good knowledge of both written and verbal English.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
- To apply for this position, it is a requirement to have ongoing studies at a university or high school.
Preferred Qualifications that set you apart:
- Previous experience in ERP-system
