About the Role
Customer Service is part of the Consumer Goods Sales and Marketing organization at Essity, based in our Mölndal office. You will work with several markets in the Nordic region and be part of a team that includes both front- and back-office functions. You will report to the Customer Facing & Order Management Manager.

About the Role

What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will:
- Provide excellent customer service to both external and internal customers using our case handling tool.
- Advise on inquiries about product availability, delivery timing, and order status.
- Work in SAP to process daily sales orders, ensuring they are dispatched, invoiced, and delivered on time. (Order to Cash).
- Register and follow up on customer complaints.
- Analyze reasons for potential out of stock situations and work actively on the solution in cooperation with different stakeholders
- Collaborate with customers and internal functions such as production, warehouse, sales, transport, and distribution to resolve daily challenges.
Who You Are
- Currently studying business administration, supply chain or logistics at university level.
- Service-minded and solution-oriented.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to prioritize and make decisions under time pressure.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with SAP is an advantage.
