The team Junior Talents within Employer Branding (HR) is now looking for a student worker!
What you will be doing
In this role, your focus will be on supporting us with different administrative tasks related to initiatives for junior talents such as:
· Administration in recruitment processes
· Compile statistics
· Create reports in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint
· Write ads, instructions and other documentation
· Candidate selection, conduct interviews, booking of interviews and reference checks
· Providing support and information to our candidates and internal stakeholders by phone and email
The mission within our team is to ensure quality, an unbiased recruitment process as well as great candidate experience. We expect you to work about 1-2 days a week and the working hours are decided upon common agreement. In our team we are two people working full time with junior talents.
Who we are looking for
To be a good fit for this role, you are at the beginning of your university studies (at least two years left) and have an interest in HR and data. You have experience from administrative, assisting or/and coordinating tasks. Also, you are comfortable with using Excel and PowerPoint and are interested in collecting as well as analyzing data.
As a person you have strong communication skills, are structured, curious, prestige less and service oriented. Also, you are a doer with a proactive mindset. You are a strong team player and thrive to work in an international setting.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Swedish are required for this position.
