Are you commercial and passionate about sales, great at doing presentations and master excel? Do you want to work in an international organization which is driving some of the most iconic food brands in Sweden? We are looking for a Student Assistants to one of the Customer teams who will be based in our HQ in Solna, Stockholm.

You will experience a great deal of variety in your tasks, which we promise will challenge you on a daily basis as well as be highly relevant for your future studies. We try to create long-term relationships with our student assistants. In fact, many of our student assistants stay on for internships or permanent positions.

How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant - Sales at Arla you will be part of a Customer team where you work together with a team of skilled and passionate Key Account Managers. Areas of responsibility include

• Taking an active role & supporting in KAM/commercial projects
• Creating customer presentations/analysis
• Campaign planning/analysis, administrative work correlated
• Monitoring and reporting (Nielsen and/or other data)
• Managing and actively driving own projects

Start at the end of spring and you will be offered a summer job as an onboarding phase in order for you to understand and learn all the details that will help you achieve your goals in the
student assistant role.

What will make you successful

We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g. Economics, Marketing,
Innovation, Business, Communication or similar. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of studying experience and at least one year to go. A commercial interest is preferable and keen to explore the Swedish FMCG-industry. To succeed in this role a unconventional and disruptive mindset is key and good interpersonal skills as the assignment involves stakeholders from
Global to Local. You will be self-motivated, confident and outgoing with a genuine desire to
succeed and go the extra mile. Furthermore, it is essential that you have

• Business mindset and entrepreneurship
• Analytical skills and data driven
• Project Management and work structure
• Teamwork and relationship management
• A learning mindset, are okey with both routine- and ad hoc tasks.
• Knowledge with IT software, such as Excel and PowerPoint, and open to learn new
  systems.
• High proficiency in English

In order to thrive in the role you shall demonstrate a genuine passion for doing business, a can do attitude with a real desire to deliver and the enthusiasm to be part of the team selling some of the most iconic food brands in Sweden.

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
