How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week), you'll take on a broad role within our Sales Finance department. You'll be an important part of delivering best-in-class business partnering to our customer teams, supporting our Finance Business Partners in their daily work.

Your main tasks will include

• Supporting monthly performance reviews and variance analysis activities
• Contributing to and improving the financial forecasting and planning process
• Generating new insights and analysis on profitability and cost drivers for the commercial organisation
• Supporting various business projects
• Driving continuous improvements
• Other ad-hoc tasks

During your onboarding, you'll learn about Arla, our Finance organization, and the details that will help you succeed as a student assistant.

In terms of experience, you probably have the following

• Currently following Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business, Economics or similar
• At least 1 year of studies completed and at least two semesters remaining
• A learning mindset; comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks
• Excellent command of English (required) and preferably proficiency in a Scandinavian language
• Experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferable, but not a requirement
