Are you ready to test your skills in a diversified and high performance environment? This is your chance to learn more about sales as you work hands on with projects within Arla's Sales. You will work with various projects within the Private label area, e.g. our customers own brands that we are producing. Our customers' own brands complement our broad product portfolio, play a major role for our dairies, and are very important for our relationship with our customers. Working in the Private label team will give you a broad knowledge of the overall business and a wide network in Arla, both locally & globally.

How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week), you will have a varied role that will give you a broad hands-on experience across supply chain, sales, marketing and external customer contact. You will have the opportunity to support in various Private label projects including managing new product launches, redesigns & packaging updates. The role also includes performance analysis and ad hoc tasks. You will receive structured onboarding and on-the-job training.

What will make you successful

We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g. Economics, Sales, Innovation, Business, or similar. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of studying experience and at least one year to go. A commercial interest is preferable and keen to explore the Swedish FMCG-industry. To succeed in this role a unconventional and disruptive mindset is key and good interpersonal skills as the assignment involves stakeholders from Global to Local. You will be a proactive, self-motivated, confident, and outgoing individual with a genuine drive to succeed and demonstrate initiative.

Furthermore, it is essential that you have

• Business mindset and strong ownership
• Project Management and work structure
• Analytical skills and data driven
• Teamwork and relationship management
• A learning mindset, and are okey with both routine- and ad hoc tasks
• Knowledge with IT software, such as excel and PowerPoint, and open to learn new systems
• The ability to work at our office in Solna (working remotely is possible, but not only remote)
• High proficiency in English, and ideally also understand Swedish

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
