How you will make an impact

We are looking for a Marketing Student Assistants to join us at Arla Foods Sweden. For a Stu-dent Assistant the weekly working hours range from 15-20 with consideration to your educa-tion.

You will primarily support two product managers with e.g. administrative tasks in our systems linked to re-design, private label requests, updates of product information, etc. Other possible tasks may be to analyze & conclude consumer and shopper data. You will learn to handle sev-eral systems & tools, and you will work together with various internal functions and stakehold-ers.

We value long-term relationships with our student assistants, and many of our former assistants have continued with us through internships or permanent positions.

What will make you successful

We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g. Economics, Marketing, Business administration or similar. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of study-ing experience and at least one year to go. A commercial interest is preferable and keen to ex-plore the Swedish FMCG-industry. To succeed in this role an unconventional and disruptive mindset is key and good interpersonal skills as the assignment involves stakeholders from Global to Local. You will be self-motivated, confident and outgoing with a genuine desire to succeed and go the extra mile.

• A learning mindset, and enjoy both routine- and ad hoc tasks
• Strong IT skills & is open to learn new systems & tools
• The ability to work at our office in Solna (working remotely may be possible for a few hours, but not only remote)
• High proficiency in Swedish & English

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
