Are you a marketing student eager to apply your skills in a dynamic, high performing FMCG environment? We are offering an exciting opportunity within Arla Sweden's Marketing team, specifically in the Yoghurt Category. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you'll work closely with a Brand & Category Manager and engage with a wide range of stakeholders-from Innovation and Finance to Sales and Supply Chain.

This role offers great variety, practical relevance to your studies, and valuable exposure to brand management and commercial decision making.

How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week), you'll take on a broad role as part of the Swedish Marketing Organization, reporting directly to a Brand & Category Manager, you will

• Support the development and execution of Marketing Brand Plans-from strategic thinking to communication development

• Contribute to the ideation, development, and assessment of innovation projects

• Support business and category performance analysis by turning data into clear insights and actions

• Ongoing studies in marketing or a related field, ideally with interest in brand building

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable recommendations

• A consumer-centric mindset with interest in trends, behaviour, and market dynamics

• A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for working with stakeholders across commercial and supply functions

In terms of experience, you probably have the following

• Currently following Bachelor's or Master's studies in Marketing.
• At least 1 year of studies completed and at least two semesters remaining.
• A learning mindset; comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English both spoken and written.

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
