We are now looking for an ambitious colleague to join our Arla Sweden Marketing team in Stockholm (Solna Head Office) as a Student Assistant in our MBB (Milk Based Beverages) & Small Meals Team.

We are on an exciting growth journey and looking for a driven, energetic and innovative person to help take our category to the next level. How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week), you'll take on a broad role, working with parts of Arla's MBB & Small Meals portfolio in Sweden, including Starbucks, Pucko, Yalla!, Arla Protein, and other Arla sub-brands. You will have the opportunity to work with several key marketing disciplines and a variety of tasks with some of our most loved brands in Sweden. Tasks can range from managing new product launches and updating pack designs, to supporting brand campaigns, digital communication and activation, or consumer/shopper analysis. You will work across various internal functions as well as with external partners, gaining exposure to multiple stakeholders in the industry.

We value long-term relationships with our student assistants, and many of our former assistants have continued with us through internships or permanent positions.

In terms of experience, you probably have the following

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Innovation, Business, Communication or a related field.
• At least 1 year of studies completed and at least two semesters remaining.
• Analytical skills and a data-driven approach
• Strong project management skills and a structured way of working
• A strong interest in building relationships and team spirit with colleagues and external partners
• Proficiency in IT tools, such as Excel and PowerPoint, and willingness to learn new systems
• A learning mindset; comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English both spoken and written.

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
