Are you a student ready to put your skills to work in a high-performing, International FMCG environment? Do you want to work in a highly collaborative and business-driven team, working with market-leading and much-loved brands in Sweden? We are now looking for an ambitious colleague to join our Arla Sweden Marketing team in Stockholm (Solna Head Office) as a Student Assistant in our Cooking Team.

How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week), you'll take on a broad role - It can be anything from consumer analysis, updating packaging designs and/or project managing new product launches to supporting brand campaigns and activation. Working across various internal functions as well as external partners, you will have exposure to multiple stakeholders in the industry.

We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g. Economics, Marketing, Innovation, Business, Communication or similar. A commercial interest is preferable and below areas is an advantage.

• Analytical skills and data driven
• Project Management and work structure
• Knowledge with IT software, such as excel and PowerPoint.

In terms of experience, you probably have the following

• Currently following Bachelor's or Master's studies in xxx.
• At least 1 year of studies completed and at least two semesters remaining.
• A learning mindset; comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English both spoken and written.

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
