How you will make an impact

As a Student Assistant (15-20 hours per week), you'll take on a broad role within our Logistics Finance Department, supporting the Finance team for Logistics in Sweden and Finland. Arla's Logistics operations cover everything from transporting milk from our farmers to dairies, to warehouse management, and delivery of finished goods to our customers. Your main responsibilities will include

• Performance tracking through analyzing and building reports
• Supporting with month-end close and rolling forecast activities
• Driving continuous improvements
• Handling other ad hoc tasks

Your work will directly support the business in making sound, data-driven decisions.

In terms of experience, you probably have the following

• Currently following Bachelor's or Master's studies in Business, Economics, or a related field
• At least 1 year of studies completed and at least one academic year remaining
• A learning mindset; comfortable with both routine and ad hoc tasks
• Strong IT skills; experience with Excel and PowerPoint is preferred, and you are open to learning new systems
• Excellent command of English and Swedish
• Proactive, analytical, structured, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
