Are you ready to test your skills in a diversified and high-performance environment? This is your chance to learn more and work hands on with Digital Marketing and Digital Communication within Arla Sweden's Foodservice organization. We are looking for a Student Assistant to the marketing team, working with content and communication on our various digital platforms (social media, newsletters, website and app) towards our customers in professional kitchens.
As a Student Assistant you will be part of the Foodservice Marketing team where you work together with a team of skilled and passionate marketing colleagues. Your key responsibilities and tasks will include:
You will experience a great deal of variety in your tasks, which we promise will challenge you as well as be highly relevant for your future studies. We try to create long-term relationships with our student assistants. In fact, many of our student assistants stay on for internships or permanent positions.This is a fixed-term contract, starting August 2025.
How you will make an impact
For a Student Assistant the weekly working hours range from 15-20 with consideration to your education and we sign contracts per semester.
You will take on a broad role - It can be anything from writing copy and creating content to campaign analysis. You will be working across various internal functions as well as external partners and you will have exposure to multiple stakeholders in the industry. As a Student Assistant you will also take part within Arla Movement and be responsible for at least one project. Nevertheless, there will be a couple of Student Assistant activities during the year that are designed for you and your development.
What will make you successful
We expect that you are currently studying a B.Sc or M.Sc within e.g. Marketing, Communication or similar. The ideal candidate should have at least two years of studying experience and at least one year to go. A Business-to-Business interest is preferable and keen to work on sales driving communication towards our customers in professional kitchen instead of just cool consumer concept. To succeed in this role, an unconventional and disruptive mindset is key and good interpersonal skills as the assignment involves stakeholders from Global to Local. You will be self-motivated, confident and outgoing with a genuine desire to succeed and go the extra mile. If you also are a passionate foodie, this is the perfect role for you!

As a Student Assistant you will be part of the Foodservice Marketing team where you work together with a team of skilled and passionate marketing colleagues. Your key responsibilities and tasks will include:
- Content creation for social media: This role involves managing our social media accounts, creating engaging content (both visual and copy writing). Additionally, you will be responsible for follow-up, optimization, and analysis. Your daily tasks will include close collaboration with our Brand Manager and Digital Marketing Specialist.
- Website optimization: Assist in developing and optimizing our content on our B2B website to ensure the best user experience for our visitors.
- Sales driven communication: Assist in creating content for our marketing automation flows to drive sales. Additionally, you will be responsible for follow-up, optimization, and analysis together with our Digital Marketing Specialist.

- A learning mindset, are okey with both projects and routine tasks
- Knowledge with IT software, such as Excel and PowerPoint, and open to learn new systems
- The ability to work at our office in Solna (working remotely is possible, but not only remote)
- High proficiency in English, and ideally also understand Swedish
