How you will make an impact

We are looking for an Student Assistant to join our Supply Chain Planning MY Team in Stockholm. In this role you will work with an array of stakeholders combining operational tasks with continues improvement projects.

You will support the Supply Chain Planning team in contributing to a high delivery service to our customers and minimize wastage, while driving end to end efficiency and optimization. In addition, you will be part of continues improvement projects and in the establishment of new ways of working.

You will be employed as a full time summer worker for 8-12 weeks as an availability or operational network planner which will then transition into a Student Assistant role in August. In the Student Assistant role we expect you to work 20 hours per week.

What will make you successful

As a person you are eager to learn new things and have a genuine interest for operations,
business and people. You enjoy having a good time at work with colleagues while at the same time performing under pressure and in relation to sometimes tight deadlines. Other important qualities for success in the role are proactiveness, analytical skills, structure and drive. IT skills such as experience with Power BI, Excel or SAP is a merit.

• You are currently a Masters student in any of the following areas Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Production, Engineering, Business Administration & Economics or any other relevant field.
• At least 1 year of studies completed and at least two semesters remaining.
• Fluency in English is a requirement and Scandinavian proficiency is a plus.

What do we offer?

• Student Assistant position, 15-20 hours per week.
• Fixed-term contract of 11 months, starting August 2026 until June 2027.
