We are now looking for a Strategic Product Manager (SPM) to join the Offering Area Exposure team. This team sits within Solution Line Communication, User Data Management and Exposure which in turn is within the Core Networks department within BCSS. The SPM will be handling our market leading Entitlement offering, covering portfolio strategies and life cycle management.
What you will do:
You will join a team of SPMs working with Exposure products and solutions, driving its specific product business, and as well enabling Ericsson Group strategic intent in the Exposure domain, including Aduna and Vonage.
In this role you will:
- Drive Profit and Loss for the offering - including Software and Services business
- Lead customer engagements to set strategic direction and define the strategy within the offering responsibility
- Actively interact and collaborate with other Solution Lines, Business Areas and Market Areas to enabling profitable growth
- Handle requirements within customer and market interaction to define business priorities and interact with Product Development Units to manage prioritized requirement backlog
- Identifying business needs for modernization of the portfolio
- Prepare and execute decisions according to Business Area Cloud Software and Services (BCSS) Product Management Framework
- Be the single point of contact for critical issues for the offering
The skills you bring:
- Excellent domain competence in Exposure (commercial and technical), in particular Entitlement domain, and extensive experience from Application Service Provider's perspective, including software development
- Extensive knowledge and experience of product management, within and outside of Telecom, including Profit and Loss responsibility
- Experience in Telecom / IT, Business Area or Market Area
- Excellent presentation and communication skills to lead dialogs with C-level to customer projects
- Abilities to formulate strategies and concepts, together with capability to inspire change internally and externally by being spokesperson for Exposure domain
- Results-oriented and commercial thinking abilities, enabled by excellent business acumen
- Proven track record of realizing innovation from idea to scale
- Proficiency in English, both verbal and written
