Job Description
Our partner company at Brige is searching for a dedicated and results-driven Store Manager to lead their retail team and ensure an exceptional customer experience. You’ll oversee daily store operations, manage sales goals, supervise staff, and maintain an engaging and organized retail environment.
About This Role
As Store Manager, you will take full responsibility for the performance of your store. You’ll coach your team, analyze sales reports, manage inventory, and ensure that every customer receives outstanding service. Requirements
Experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Ability to analyze sales data and develop effective strategies
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for retail excellence
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
