Job Duties

• Assist the accounting team by maintaining general ledger schedules for audit support.
• Fixed assets and Inventory transaction reporting.
• Review work order costs prior to closing.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and provide audit support.
• Understanding of the General Ledger.
• Verify and post General Ledger journal entries.
• Assists in preparation of month end reporting.
• Participate in various analysis projects.
• Assist accounting team with various transactional work as needed.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, 7 plus years in accounting. Manufacturing experience preferred
• Proficient Excel Skills
• Ability to work independently, possess good verbal and written communication skills. Willing to handle transactional work
• Should demonstrate the following competencies: collect and research data, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, and completes work in a timely manner
