Here we present yet another critical position in behalf of FrostPharma - a growing pharmaceutical company committed to delivering specialist hospital medicines across the Nordic region. We are looking for a dedicated QA professional with deep knowledge of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and, ideally, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP). This role demands a proactive mindset, adaptability, and the confidence to uphold QA principles in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
The Position
As an integral part of the QA team, you will work closely with the Head of Q/RP, ensuring compliance with GDP and driving quality initiatives that support the growing operations. Your ability to handle deviations, complaints, change control, and quality agreements will be crucial to maintaining regulatory excellence.
This is a full-time position based at our headquarters in Danderyd, Stockholm. Possibilites to work from home 2-3 days/week.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure strict GDP compliance across all operations.
- Oversee deviations, CAPAs, complaints, and change control.
- Develop and enhance SOPs and the quality management system.
- Review and approve quality agreements and external partner documents.
- Conduct risk assessments and manage quality-related risks.
- Lead GDP training and foster a strong quality culture.
- Monitor and report quality KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
- Handle stock shortages, including authority notifications and follow-ups.
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or similar.
- Strong expertise in GDP and QA processes.
- 3-4 years of experience in a self-driven Quality Assurance role.
- Proven ability to handle complaints, deviations, and change control.
- Experience in quality agreements review and approval.
- Fluency in Swedish and English.
- Experience as an RP and knowledge of GMP are beneficial.
- Strong drive and ability to work independently.
- Flexible and pragmatic, able to adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Resilient under pressure, with the confidence to stand up for QA principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both internally and with external stakeholders.
- Passionate about continuous learning and professional growth.
