Your role

As a Speldesigner within Video Game Development, you work with a small team of people with complementary skills.

Together you create a product or service - and once it's funded, you start working in your role.

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS

Employment form: Projektanställning

Position: Speldesigner

Start date: Employment begins when the project reaches its funding milestone (grant approval or first paying client).

Location: Remote (Sweden), with optional in-person collaboration

Salary: Salary and working hours are set in line with Swedish employment standards and agreed with the team.

Working hours: To be agreed with the team at project start

Note: Before paid work begins, teams may choose to collaborate informally to prepare. This is optional and not part of the contract.
