We are looking for a passionate and skilled Sous Chef to join our team.

What you'll do:

• Preparing dishes in accordance with the procedures, routines and profitability goals that have been established.
• Daily mise en place for a la carte, lunch and dinner.
• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
• Assist in managing inventory, including ordering supplies, maintaining stock levels, and minimizing waste.
• Have responsibility and control during the service, lead the chefs, mise en place, reservations, and ensure the good communication with the service staff.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position.
• Culinary education or strong knowledge about French, Nordic cuisine and modern techniques.
• Ability to lead and inspire the team.
• Flexible and reliable with enthusiasm for food and service.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Comfortable multi-tasking and making decisions independently.
• Turning challenges into opportunities and keeping high standards, even when things get tough.
• Able to communicate in English and Swedish
• The position requires working varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
