Job Purpose:

As a Sourcing Manager, you will implement local and sub-regional category strategies that meet business requirements. You will identify best-in-class suppliers, maintain strong relationships with business partners, and lead supplier negotiations. This is a key role for driving cost efficiency, quality, and supply continuity while supporting DHL's sustainability goals.

Your tasks:

• Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, including supply market research and intelligence to inform investment and budget decisions.
• Identify strategic sourcing opportunities and manage strategic suppliers to ensure value creation.
• Integrate procurement services at the country/sub-regional level, maximizing value contribution, benefit realization, and operational efficiency.
• Lead strategic sourcing of goods and services to reduce costs while maintaining quality and supply reliability in line with the DHL Sustainability Roadmap.
• Apply the latest technology and innovation in sourcing activities based on market intelligence.
• Serve as a trusted business consultant by explaining policies and practices and constructively challenging business requirements.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, understanding their needs and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Address task-related issues effectively while maintaining professional relationships.

Your profile:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing or Procurement.
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English and Swedish or Lithuanian (depending on location; knowledge of the local language is required).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Ability to work independently with general supervision and find compliant solutions for complex business needs.
