Your mission at Epassi:
As part of our Sales team in Sweden, you take an important part to increase our customer base by driving high-velocity new customer acquisition in the Micro & SME segment by converting self-service drop-offs and generating outbound pipeline. Your main focus will be to deliver predictable growth through high activity, fast follow-up, and consistent closing. In this role, you'll be reporting directly to our Sales director.
Your responsibilities will be:
You own new customer acquisition in Micro & SME (1-50 people) by combining follow-up and closing on self-service drop-offs with disciplined outbound prospecting. You manage the full sales cycle end-to-end and ensure early activation with Customer Success.
You'll be successful in this role if you:
- Hit activity targets (calls, meetings held, offers sent)
- Convert self-service drop-offs to paying customers
- Achieve quota (deal volume + revenue)
- Maintain clean CRM discipline and forecast accuracy
- Execute short sales cycles with rapid follow-up
What you'll be doing (daily):
- • Call and follow up on self-service/inbound leads daily
• Re-engage drop-offs (incomplete sign-ups, stalled onboarding)
• Run outbound prospecting (phone/email/digital)
• Hold short discovery & demo meetings
• Send offers, negotiate, close
• Log all activities and pipeline updates in CRM
• Collaborate with Marketing (lead quality/campaigns) and CSM (activation)
What you should bring:
- 1+ year experience as a B2B Inside Sales Manager, as a Setter or as a Junior Account Executive or a similar role
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot preferred)
- Basic experience of reporting/pipeline management
- Good experience with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Considered a plus:
- Understanding of SaaS sales motions and digital buying behaviour.
- Experience with HR/payroll/benefits.
Your track record:
- Proven experience executing inbound + outbound customer aquisition
- Experience building and managing your own pipeline
- Experience handling objections and closing smaller deals
Your language profile:
Your are fluent Swedish and English, both oral and written (C1)
