Site Supervisor for High-Security Facility – Storage & Security Services, Stockholm
Role overview
We are looking for a responsible, hands-on security professional to act as Site Supervisor for our new high-security facility in northern Stockholm. Are you the person to lead our site operations in Sweden?
Key responsibilities
In this role, you will have a central and varied responsibility for the day-to-day operation of a high-security environment. Your main tasks include:
Ensuring smooth and secure execution of all service and security processes on site
Managing warehouse and facility caretaker duties, including:
Receipt and handover of goods
Preparing shipments and dispatches
X-ray screening and security checks
Monitoring CCTV and handling all goods flows in and out of the premises
Acting as the primary point of contact for customers on site
Maintaining and updating operating and security instructions
Handling incident reports and complaints (claims handling)
Actively participating in developing and organising our new Swedish site
You will have a responsible, key role in establishing and continuously improving our operations in Sweden.
Location & working hours
Location: Järfälla / Jakobsberg area, north of Stockholm, with good public transport connections
Working hours: Monday–Friday between 08:00–18:00 (scheduled shifts within this window)
Employment type: Permanent, full-time

Compensation
Salary range: 28,000 – 30,500 SEK / month
Final salary is determined based on your relevant work experience and competencies.
Who are we looking for?
You:
Are comfortable using English as your working language and communicate well in English, both spoken and written
Have prior experience in supervisory, foreman or team leader roles within the security industry
Are service-oriented, reliable and meticulous in your work
Have good IT skills and are confident using computers and digital systems
Hold a valid security guard licence and valid permits for use-of-force equipment (OC spray and telescopic baton)
To succeed in this role, you must be able to operate in an international environment and handle documentation and communication in English on a daily basis.
