We are currently seeking experienced Site Agents to lead and coordinate on-site civil and structural works across active projects in Sweden and Europe.

The selected candidates must be ready to start on-site immediately and will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety requirements, and reporting project progress within AFNORD PMO's framework.

Main Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day construction operations and supervise field teams

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site engineers

Ensure work is performed according to design drawings, specifications, and safety standards

Manage materials, logistics, and equipment for efficient site operations

Monitor productivity, progress, and quality against project schedules

Conduct site inspections and ensure documentation and reporting are accurate

Lead coordination meetings with project management, engineering, and HSE personnel

Identify potential risks and implement corrective measures

Requirements

Minimum 7+ years' experience in civil or infrastructure project delivery

Previous experience as a Site Agent, Construction Manager, or Senior Engineer

Strong understanding of reinforced concrete, earthworks, and structural works

Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules, and method statements

Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills

English required; Swedish or another European language is an advantage

Driving licence (B) preferred

EU work eligibility preferred - Work permit sponsorship may be considered for qualified candidates
