The Service Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and following up on service assignments for the company's customers. This role is central to ensuring efficient use of resources, high customer satisfaction, and smooth collaboration between technicians, customers, and internal teams.

What are your key responsibilities:

  • Service Planning & Scheduling: Plan and schedule technicians for service, repair, and maintenance of machinery.
  • Work Order Coordination: Manage incoming service requests and assign work orders based on technician skills, location, priority, and availability.
  • Spare Parts Management: Ensure required spare parts are delivered prior to each assignment.
  • Urgent Task Prioritization: Quickly and efficiently prioritize and manage urgent service cases.
  • Follow-Up & Reporting: Monitor ongoing and completed assignments, document activities in the system, and contribute to reporting.
  • Administrative Support: Support the Service Manager with planning, statistics, and other administrative tasks as needed.

What you bring to the role:

  • Relevant Education: High school education, preferably with a focus on automotive or technical studies.
  • Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in coordination, planning, or administrative work within service, workshop, logistics, or similar operations.
  • Technical Industry Background: Experience in the machinery or automotive industry is highly desirable.
  • System Proficiency: Strong computer skills and experience with business systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and Google Workspace.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.
