About Us

Risk & Compliance Consulting (RCC) at KPMG Advisory is a diverse team of around 50 colleagues with subject matter expertise in risk transformation, compliance, forensic investigations, fraud risk management, internal control, risk management and internal audit. We work with the full spectra of risk advisory services and our people have highly diverse backgrounds including finance, legal, engineering, business administration and political science.

Your role
As a service lead for our GRC team, you will lead and drive the development and growth of our GRC services and team. You will be involved in working together with our Key & Growth accounts and influence the way forward for both KPMG and our clients when it comes to GRC services. You will also work closely with other departments and member firms at KPMG with the broader Risk agenda. Your focus in this role will be to;

• Lead and drive development of our key services
• Work with go-to-market activities for our services
• Act as the point of contact for global GRC engagements involving one or multiple member firm(s)

To be successful in this role, you have;

• 8+ years of experience within the GRC field (ERM, Internal Control or Internal Audit)
• Project management experience from Big 4 or global organizations
• Expert skills and experience in managing GRC projects and other relevant risk areas
• Proven knowledge within larger GRC transformation projects
• A university degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Excellent English language skills; proficiency in Swedish is an advantage.
• Strong market presence and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
• Structured personality, proven strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication skills

Relevant accredited qualifications and certified knowledge of COSO and GRC methodologies and principles are meritorious.
