Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Senior Service Delivery Specialist to join a transformation initiative within Global Tech Services. You will play a key role in shaping and scaling the MMR (Minimum Market Requirements) framework-ensuring application readiness, operational resilience, and long-term compliance.
Responsibilities
Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to align expectations
Drive cross-functional forums to prioritize and implement the MMR agenda
Communicate with strategic stakeholders to ensure tool stability in daily operations
Align ways of working and translate business needs into technical solutions
Improve support processes and collaboration across product teams and functions
Provide guidance on operational procedures to ensure stability and quality
Support onboarding of applications to MMR for new products
Promote MMR framework across forums and teams
Track KPIs and contribute to overall vision realization with leadership
Qualifications
Must-Have Skills
Strong experience in Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and compliance insight
Skilled in compliance reporting and dashboard/trend analysis
Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration to address gaps and risks
Experience in issue escalation, risk register maintenance, and governance follow-up
Hands-on experience in key ITIL service processes:
Incident Management
Problem Management
Change Management
Knowledge Management
Business Continuity Planning
Good understanding of cybersecurity frameworks in service delivery
Proficient in monitoring tools and technology trend awareness
Strong process orientation with knowledge of ITIL best practices
Preferred Skills
ITIL Certification or equivalent experience
Experience with ServiceNow
QA testing knowledge or background
Languages Required:
Swedish (Proficient)
English (Proficient)
